Position Hours: Saturday 8am-6pm Sunday 8am-5pm
How You Will Be Successful:
Greet residents and guests as they enter the building
Answer phone calls with courtesy and route to the appropriate associate as needed.
Ensure amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
Manage deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours.
Report to management any safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or maintenance needs
Assist other tasks as assigned by the property manager
Maintain positive communications with residents and provide excellent service through courteous and timely response to resident needs and concerns
Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area
Abide by Mills policies and procedures and laws pertaining to Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, etc.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid drivers license and proof of insurance required
Previous concierge or guest services experience preferred
Reliable transportation
